He said he was U.S. Census Bureau and I told him to leave, I wasn't talking to him. They are preparing for insurrection (or testing and fomenting it) and I'm on their 'red' list; quite possibly testing the GPS and address data they keyed in a few months ago. g mcclure Several yrs ago a mysterious red dot appeared on our po box. Jack McLamb says that's how they marked red list people. Now they have the state drivers license databases. There were nonstop tails on me 4'th quarter 2008 - 2009 until I updated my d.l. with a new address - suddenly all surveillance stopped. (Phones and computer still tapped, of course.) California's tax income dropped nearly 50%. The state is in collapse. Taxpayers' money was paid directly to General Electric (GE), General Motors, AIG Insurance, the Wall Street investment banks, and national banks in the heist of October 2008 "bailout bill" and TARP. The people instructed 300 : 1 against spending their money to bailout the corrupt and criminal banks and businesses, and Congress passed the funding in opposition to, and in clear disregard of, we the people. Abuse of the Patriot Act for personal gain was endemic and I have documented evidence of the same. 31 May '09 - As I made journeys out of Nashville to basically remote areas (August '08 thru the fall into winter), I turned the cell phone off to prevent tracking. (Also, there is no gps blackbox in my vehicle.) National Guard showed up twice, at a lunch place, bombing in ten seconds after I arrived, out of nowhere. After a time, I left the cell phone on, intentionally. A message appeared from a local number, "Chelsea's ready..." I called the number and a party said "I didn't leave a message." This happened twice. Essentially every trip out, there were spotters along the roads. These are remote areas and people parked alongside are unusual. One in particular parked and twisted her wheels as though to broadside my vehicle in a U-turn, every time I went through a particular stretch of road. She was there every trip, perhaps once to twice a week for six to eight weeks or more. The others would spot me, call on their cell phones, and drive off. I had made the decision to begin confronting them when the activity stopped. Sometime around December '08 I started leaving the cell phone on all the time and used it at my remote site. In February I updated my drivers license with the new (remote) address. When I updated/renewed my d.l. with my new remote address, the lady couldn't get her system to accept the change. She tried perhaps 8 - 10 times over ten minutes or so, and I realized it had something to do with my former top secret SCI clearance, or my "red list" status. I told her to call the chief of the drivers license division at state. She did, told that person my information, then hung up the phone and keyed it right in. My data and address change was immediately accepted - AFTER the top d.l. person was personally notified. I've seen no tails since then; zero. It's a mental game, mental entrapment; keep you in a box mentally. 02 Jun '09 - Birds and fish are dying off. In Chile, millions of sardines and 2000 flamingos are dead. The baby flamingos were abandoned by their parents. Hundreds of Brandt's Cormorants and grebes are dying on area beaches in North America. Penguins and sea stars are among the decimated or disappearing species. [U.S. military has subsonic weapons that kill all sea life, especially fish and mammals.] People are complaining of aching muscles and sleeplessness the world over. ('Asperitus' clouds) FULL MOON I'm noticing some unusual vertigo, no apparent reason. Possibly increased magnetic/energy from the center of the Galaxy (with which our solar system is aligning), and when my ears adjusted pressure a very strange new noise manifested. Another phenomenon is people are not driving. Gasoline prices have risen, it's true, but not enough to explain it. The streets are largely devoid of autos. The only other time I witnessed this was last late August - September - October (2008) when the financial system was collapsing. And, people everywhere are remarking "the lights don't turn off when you turn the switch" - I note a two second delay on and off during this same period of time (about two weeks.) As such, the Accused (mentioned above) are deemed responsible for the commission of crimes within the territories of many States signatories of the Rome Statute, in violation of Rome Statute Articles 5 (1)(b), 7 (1)(a), 7 (1)(e), 7 (1)(g), 7(1)(h), 7(1)8i) and 7(1)(k). Despite the fact that the USA is not a signatory State, the ICC has the jurisdiction to prosecute under Article 12 (2)(a) of the Rome Statute. This Article stipulates that the Court may exercise its jurisdiction if one or more States in which the conduct in question occurred has accepted the jurisdiction of the Court. Furthermore, the forced disappearance of persons and torture in deemed by the Rome Statute as a Crime against Humanity, one which is still ongoing. The Exercise of Jurisdiction may be activated under Article 13, with respect to a crime committed under Article 5 if the Prosecutor has initiated an investigation. Professor Boyle, in his issue of complaint, respectfully requested that such an investigation be initiated. The issue of complaint states “about 100 human beings have been subjected to enforced disappearances and subsequent torture by the Accused”, adds that some of them could still be alive today, and that an investigation could save these lives. Earlier, Congress threatened to pass the bill by executive fiat, with or without House vote and approval, and Obama stated he would sign executive order changes to the bill, by executive fiat. Also earlier, the bill was stonewalled by Representative Kucinich, long time supporter of the truth, who flipflopped his position after a ride with Obama and Pelosi on the presidential jet. Austin Fitts, former Deputy Director of HUD, expects "they threatened to kill him" if he didn't support the "bill". "If we pass this bill, there will be no turning back," warned minority leader John Boehner. "It will be the last straw for the American people." Thousands of protesters rallied on the Capitol lawn, chanting, "Kill the bill." Many understand the bill as extracting the last bit of savings and wealth from middle america individuals, families, and small business, with a simultaneous ramp-up of IRS power to confiscate bank accounts and paychecks and collect objectionable personal data. It is reported IRS will add 16,500 employees and IRS has requisitioned Remington riot shotguns and ammo. The bill is also about extending control over we the people with concommitant loss of freedoms, just like the bailout bill and Bush's "executive orders". 35% of stock market, bond, and 401K retirement portfolio value was extracted since fall of 2007. Money market funds collapsed. Home values across America lost 15% in protected areas and up to 75% and more in bubble areas. This represents theft from the homeowners. Millions of individuals cashed in 401K plans early, choosing penalties rather than further theft by central banks and Wall Street financial firms like JP Morgan, Citigroup, Goldman Sachs, and Capital One. A look at history shows the modus operandus of central bankers orchestrating the destruction of a country carried out to the 'T' with the United States. The bill is patently unconstitutional and, legally, everyone in Congress and Obama are indictable for treason and high crimes. Of course we said "No, the caller id doesn't display "Gallup" and we have no way of knowing who you are. You will have to mail us substantiation and set up a time." He said we can't do that. It appears Gallup is part of the long tentacled mass of the IRS and bankrupt federal government and they are preparing to confiscate monies, especially from small businesses. I recommend removing your money immediately, keeping only minimum operating expenses in an actual bank account. Banks are not safe in times of crisis, and the federal government is in crisis with criminal psychopaths in charge, and genocidists pulling their strings from the top. You should have removed your safety deposit box contents long since, and ANYWHERE is safer than banks for holding your cash. This will not, in all likelihood, occur. When the 7" pipe corrodes and disintegrates in the BP Horizon well, it will not "implode" and fill with sea water rushing down into the 22" hole. There is 70,000 psi pressure in the well coming from the depths and the casing will be blown out, as usual, but with 70,000 psi force instead of the normal 1,000 or 1500 psi. (Visualize a rubber hot water bottle under a few feet of dirt, with you standing on top of the dirt (this recreates the pressure in the lake of oil, or strata, e.g. the hot water bottle.) Poke a hole in the hot water bottle and the water sprays out.) There will be instead of 120,000 barrels per day (at 7") be approximately TEN TIMES the volume of flow, 1.2 Million (1,200,000) barrels of oil per day, or 50.4 Million gallons per day (50,400,000 gallons.) [1] This vent is 40% methane where the norm is 15% methane. The sea could catch fire or explode. What we are witnessing is a petro-volcanic event (now), a petro-volcano. When the hole increases to 22", it could be a full fledged volcano. There is already too much material coming out to vent off. There will be ten times the volume when the pipe is shot out. Gulf Stream cooling / slowing [24 oct 2010, g mcclure] I've looked at reports of the Gulf Stream cooling three times. In the latest, I read evidence that the warm river has been cooling and slowing since 1995, due to Galactic and planetary changes, not petro-volcanic events in the Gulf of Mexico. The most significant factor to me, without extensive research into the matter, seems to be declining solar activity with concommitant cooling of Earth, Mars, and moons of Jupiter, all evidenced by enlargening polar caps, indicative of planetary cooling. With the number of scientific reports indicating slowing and cooling of the Gulf Stream, for the past decade and a half, I believe it is happening. I reserve final judgement, however, as I still haven't read a report in Science or Scientific American or definitive Russian journals. Cooling of the Gulf Stream, and slowing, portend a mini-ice age in North America and Europe. As for the Gulf, it is months-since definitively established that the Gulf Loop is stopped. It's one of the major warming elements for the Gulf Stream as it heads northeast off of Florida. E.g. I expect further, and likely more rapid, cooling of the Gulf Stream, exacerbating an already cooling condition. My earlier online research found that the Gulf Stream flows at less than one mile per hour in the northern reaches, .28mph being common. It won't take much to stop the flow. On Bird & Fish Die-off Around Earth The report from AR was the most interesting to me - weather radar picked up a triangle shape that isn't rain, isn't wind, and isn't frozen precipitation. This triangle is very close to the location of 1,000's of redwing blackbirds smashed (blunt trauma) and 100,000's of fish discovered in fish kills. The bird and fish die-offs are occuring all over the planet; Manitoba, Sweden, South America, AR TN and so on. The Tennessee bird kill was just a few miles up I40 between Nashville and Lebanon. (No, I didn't go look at the bird bodies.) Patently and obviously absurd are the "explanations" I've read and heard so far: "firecrackers scared the birds". The birds exhibit blunt force trauma (broken beaks and broken backs, some broken wings.) The only phenomena that could cause this are extreme wind / ice sheer and EMF (electromagnetic force, which I use as shorthand for gravitational waves, Galactic energy such as gamma, beta, radio, ultrawave, and so on.) 31 December came a wave of cosmic solar energy similar to the one which struck Earth 02 August 2010. Weather and Earth disruptions were felt for five days following the August burst. Most of the reports I saw were from 01 Jan to 06 January (and continuing.) Causes of Die-off - Discussion The birds were not killed by sheer winds to my knowledge. Weather radar is very accurate in detecting sheer winds, and none were reported that I saw. There were no "dumps" of ice or sleet reported either. No, methane gas in the air (reported as the cause by zeta talk) cannot be the source of death, as methane asphyxiation does not produce blunt trauma. Yes, it could be scalar energy or scalar weapons. Scalar energy is included in my general use of the term "EMF". Another explanation, which may or may not go along with the Galactic energy burst explanation, is that the birds encountered another dimension. The north magnetic pole is shifting and Tampa and other airports were closed for recalibration. I looked for data indicating the poles are shifting FASTER (they're on the move for many years now) and didn't find anything as of yet. The key point to look for is not whether the poles are shifting - they are - but are the poles moving faster in the last few weeks. I think email is going out okay, but I don't know for sure. Reply to this email and I'll know. It has the stamp of NSA/supervisor level activity; someone up above orders the compromise and the network administrators all play pass the hot potato denying it's them. After a relatively huge investment of time it's tracked down and one is backed into the corner (they force you to prove it and lay it all out before caving) and then suddenly - the problem is gone. Many of you know, my first university degree is in anthropology from the University of Arizona. One of the most pervasive problems in studies of other peoples is ethnocentrism - ascribing your culture's values and fundamental presumptions to whatever calendar or society you are studying. On Foundations And Fallacies Of Western Thought Relative to the Mayan thought system, every researcher and writer I have looked at and listened to is foundered (sinking) in core misconceptions, precipitated by transferring Western assumptions and presumptions, to the Mayan system of thought. Except one. That one is Calleman/Lungold. With Inca studies, only one that I've seen or read - Bill Sullivan - is able to escape the bounds of Western preconceptions. Anytime you hear someone call the Mayan people a "tribe", you're wasting your time listening to that person. The Maya, Olmec, Toltec, and Aztec civilization was the most advanced on Earth, 3000 and 500 years ago. When Cortez marched into Mexico City, it had a population of one million people, with canals, roads, and hydroponics (floating gardens). The libraries were immense and it took Cortez weeks to burn all the books. It was the most advanced culture and civilization on Earth. Another tell-tale signal of false preconceptions (ethnocentric overlaying of values and beliefs) is when you hear or read someone say "they did all this without tools or technology." The human history on Earth spans 100,000 and perhaps a half million years. During that time, great civilizations have risen and fallen over and over. We know of a few of them today - the ancient Chinese, the Inca, the Maya/Aztec, the Egyptian, and tales and memories of Atlantis. Every great human society has had a "myth", a picture of reality, around which it is built. The Inca were far advanced in studies of the universe, Milky Way, energy systems, and I've always believed, were superior spiritually. The Maya were the most advanced civilization in math and astronomy and energy cycles, that we know about. Atlantis is widely believed to have been a technologically advanced society. Western civilization's myth or central theme is "technology". Science and technology. To presume that other civilizations were not great, or couldn't have achieved something without technology, is elementary childish thinking. To think that the Inca were not far advanced, just because they didn't use technology, is nonsense. They built the best canals and aquaducts on the planet, built with such precision that the joints are locked tight today, thousands of years later. They layed the Nazca lines, clearly observable from space and from above Earth, but essentially invisible at ground level. Their knowledge of the stars and galaxy and energy cycles may well have surpassed even the Maya. As we expand our awareness, it's essential to recognize and identify core philosophical errors in Western scientific thought. It is a system of thought based in two realms of human being or existence, the mind and the body. It ignores spirit, soul, and heart, the other three components of human reality. It's called "empiricism" and is Cartesian in foundation (after Rene Descarte.) Descarte described the analytical method, a foundational principal, and one that is deeply flawed. It says that if you take something apart into its tiniest component pieces, you understand the true essence of that thing and can duplicate it. In other words, if you break a tree, say, into all its physical components of organs, membranes, cells, chemicals, enzymes, molecules, atoms, electrons, pions and mesons, and so on, you'll completely understand the true essence of the tree and its fundamental meaning. You can, according to the Descartian theory, assemble parts and make a tree that is identical to a tree in a forest or your yard. Another example is the fallacy that Western science can understand nature, say, by breaking it into all its component pieces. It's easy to see the damage and destruction wreaked by Western society's following this fallacious reasoning. I don't listen to anyone who tells me Mayan or Inca civilizations were "tribes", anymore than I'd listen to someone who called the Egyptians or Chinese a "tribe". I don't pay attention to anyone who is confused over how the Maya learned such vast amounts of the energy cycles in the Galaxy and Sun "without tools or technology". (Aztec and Inca children played with wheeled toys, carts, yet the wheel wasn't used in transportation. Why?) We are only here a short time. And I only have time to pay attention to people who come from the complete heart - mind - spirit - body - soul world view. Everyone else is misdirected. They may figure it out, some other time. Cattle are on one side, people and pets the other. As I'm particularly sensitive to chemicals, toxins, and radioactivity, I wanted to make sure it won't make me - or the neighbor's cattle - sick. Here's a brief of what I found: Roundup is an herbicide widely used by farmers and homeowners to control weeds. It's an agent orange type product, active ingredient glyphosate, patented and manufactured by Donald Rumsfeld's Monsanto, the largest global genetic engineering company. (That's right, the U.S. Secretary of Defense under Bush owns the world's largest manufacturer of toxins and poisons and genetically engineered plants and animals.) In 1989, the herbicide's legal limit in human food was .1 mg/kg. When Monsanto engineered the "roundup ready" or RR soy; corn; and canola (rape seed), the government revised the safe limit for human consumption to 20 mg/kg, a 200-fold increase. It sounds like what EU and the US just did with safe legal limits of radiation: Raise the "safe" limit to 20-times what it was three weeks ago, before Hukushima and the meltdowns. Please note rape seed has always been known to be poisonous to people and domestic animals. Rape seed was grown for the oil, rape seed oil, used for lubrication and and wood preservers. In the 1990's, someone (guess who?) decided that rape seed oil, inexpensive and easy to grow, should be added to human food supplies. Since everyone knew rape seed oil is poisonous, they changed the name to "canola oil". This is why products with canola oil have a bitter taste. You might notice this especially on foods like nacho chips at Taco Bell. The nitty-gritty Glyphosate or "roundup" is sprayed extensively on food and other crops in the western hemisphere, notably corn, soy, rapeseed or canola, alfafa, and cotton. Glyphosate kills all plants, so Monsanto spliced a bacterium gene sequence into these crops to make them resistant to roundup. Then farmers can spray the herbicide from airplanes over their fields, and it kills everything but their crop. Meanwhile, we are subject to 200 times the safe limit of glyphosate residues in essentially all our processed foods and corn and tofu. What about dangers to cattle and people? Don Huber, Purdue University, found a pathogen in roundup-ready (RR) genetically engineered crops that may cause infertility and spontaneous abortion in farm animals and humans. The pathogen is "new to science" and is tied to roundup use. The pathogen is found in mothers who miscarried as well as infertile, aborting, and miscarrying cattle. According to Huber, infertility in cattle has skyrocketed in the last few years, coinciding with the introduction of RR crops and heavy roundup spraying. The model, or philosophy, is based in a 500 and 1000, even 2000, year old way of thought based in conquest, expansion, and centered on the mind and body, or empirical, world. Empiricism, the basis of Western thought, considers everything we can see hear touch and taste as real. It includes the false premise that "forever expansion" is a working model, and it includes the false premise that the analytical method yields the truth about humans, the universe, and our place in it. The analytical method is Descartian reasoning, which includes the falsity that if we dissect a thing into its tiniest components, we understand that thing and we have discovered its true essence. An example of fallacies in Western science is the big bang theory, which is 100% insubstantiable and false. Given the fact that the universe is expanding, with everything moving apart from everything else, the big bang theory states that it all started with one lump of stuff which exploded. If you explode something, everything moves away from the center start point, however everything is moving away from everything else in the known universe. Therefore, the "theory" does not explain the actual situation, and is prima facie false. Prima facie just means "obviously" - anyone can see that. The other part of the big bang un-theory that is nonsense is the underlying assumption that it all had to start at some particular discrete time. Who said that? There is absolutely no evidence that anything ever "started" or will "end". The fact of the matter is, Western science hasn't a clue about how the universe started or how it works, so they made up a "theory" - that is patently absurd - so they wouldn't have to write in textbooks "we don't know the universe's origins." Another example of false reasoning in Western science is a "theory" called uniformitarianism by geologists. Uniformitarianism says that if we can observe the Earth doing something today, it must have worked that way 10,000 and even 1,000,000 (a million) years ago. This is an example of inductive reasoning, which is inherently unsound. Here's an example of inductive reasoning: "Socrates is a man. Socrates has blue eyes. Therefore, all men have blue eyes." You can see the problem with reasoning this way, from the special case to the general. It fails most of the time. Here's an example of deductive reasoning, which is sound: "Socrates is a man. All men are made of flesh and blood. Therefore Socrates is made of flesh and blood." This conclusion is sound. The reasoning went from general case to special case. Bringing the flawed reasoning into perspective in today's world, we see the instantiation of the premises in the grid model of food production and delivery, and in the grid system of energy production and delivery. 2000 and 500 years ago, Europeans were in an expansion mode and, ignoring the civilizations they encountered, killed and burned and destroyed their way into new continents. Some of this philosophy found its way into food production and energy distribution. Tesla formulated a way to transmit free electricity through the air like radio waves. JP Morgan was funding Tesla and his research. As Morgan figured out he couldn't make money on free energy going throught the air, he cut funding to Tesla, bankrupted him, and had his patents frozen by Congress so no one could develop the free energy technology. Morgan went on the generate electricity in central plants, and distribute it through wires to homes and businesses, charging money for the power. This is exactly as happened two years ago when they made me diagnose the entire thing and we were without ftp, email, business, and credit card processing for over two weeks, and my wifi was jammed for over a year for all email. Yesterday I emailed a letter to Bob Chapman requesting he consider reporting Icelandic people's success in ousting the looting bankers. I also reported the youtube site "bobchapmanchannel" surveilling people listening to his videos, and I continued posting about the Icelandic people. I don't know if there's a correlation between my letters and posts and our web server failing. Certainly "all ports going out" is a highly suspicious situation. Reported the server down / trouble ticket, and about 20 minutes later the http service returned but email and ftp was still down. After more than an hour, I checked the ISP's response, and they said "all ports on the server stopped working, we rebooted and it came back." A reboot which corrected http would most likely also restore all ports (email and ftp included) so the story sounds fishy. A reboot takes 2 - 3 minutes and restores all activities. Promptly at 11.00pm the server went down. The admin reportedly switched out the hard drive (what they did three years ago when I built a web domain "tnminutemen.org" with info about Second Amendment rights.) Server and all web returned at 1.30am. Three years ago it was NSA stealing my hard drive for "evidence". I'm sure they paid someone large dollars for a day or two reading my websites and chronically stats. Indian / Pakistani male, followed me in a white car and into stores, came through checkout right on me, crowding me in one store. Being obtrusive. No CIA hispanic women in robes this year, in the neighborhood. I've been leaving the cell phone behind and my vehicle is pre-GPS blackbox, so they have no way to track me electronically. You can always tell when they're extracting location and conversation data from the cell phone, because it rings in repeatedly and nonstop, usually after a day's phone activities. They monitor everything. They also have key word voice trips (try saying "there was a report someone tried to kill obama in Atlanta yesterday" in a conversation to your friend and see what happens.) |
